Disability (Mortgage Protection)

This product provides a mortgage benefit up to $3,000/month to help cover your mortgage while you are off work with an injury or illness. Premiums are renewed in ten-year increments at a higher premium. 

Features: 

• Choose between 2 or 5 year benefit periods.
• 60-day waiting period with benefits paid retroactively to the 31st day of disability.
• Benefit is paid directly to your lender so it does not conflict with other coverage you may be claiming on.
• ​You do not have to be employed to take this product, meaning stay-at-home parents and those who are in-between jobs can apply!
